Terms & Conditions

1. An advance payment of 30% is required to confirm and secure the booking date.
2. The remaining 70% payment must be cleared on the wedding/event day.
3. Any services requested beyond the selected package will be subject to additional charges.
4. The client is required to provide one room for our team's use during the event for preparation, rest, and equipment storage.
5. No travel charges apply for locations within 30 km of our office. Additional travel charges may apply for destinations beyond 30 km.
6. In the event of cancellation by the client, the advance payment is non-refundable.
7. If the booking is canceled by the studio due to unforeseen circumstances, the advance payment will be fully refunded.
8. Final deliverables will be delivered within 30-45 days from the date the client completes the photo selection process. Rush delivery within 7 days is available at an additional cost.
9. All payments must be completed and all photos/videos collected within 90 days from the event date. The studio will not be responsible for any loss of data after this period.
10. We reserve the right to use photos and videos from the event for promotional purposes, including publication on our website, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Clients who do not wish their photos or videos to be used for promotional purposes must inform us at the time of booking.
11. All pricing, payment terms, and booking conditions agreed upon at the time of booking shall be considered final.
